In an effort to control Mr T’s rapidly increasing bald patch, I impulsively decided to buy Hair For Sure Hair Tonic on Amazon.in. It was quite expensive, priced at Rs 800 for 150 ml, but the reviews were great so we decided to give it a shot.
What is Hair for Sure Tonic?
The box as well as the pamphlet gives a LOT of information on baldness and abnormal hair shedding (called alopecia). Specifically, Hair for Sure treats androgenetic alopecia or male pattern baldness (which can occur in females who are genetically predisposed).
Basically, your hair follicles become sensitive to some hormones (DHT), which causes the follicles to shrink, harden and become inflamed. All these lead to baldness.
Now Hair for Sure uses some breakthrough Rutexil Growth Complex which helps reactivate the follicles, prevent rigidity and prevent inflammation. All this, eventually, leads to hair regrowth.
How to apply Hair for Sure Tonic?
The tonic comes in a nice little bottle with a nozzle on top (in a very oversized cardboard box). You are supposed to directly apply 4 to 8 ml directly on to your scalp after bathing. Let it dry naturally. Apply twice a day — morning and evening. The serum smells quite nice and doesn’t seem to irritate Mr T at all.
Are their any side-effects to the tonic?
There is a tingly feeling that lingers on after applying the tonic to your scalp. This lingers for several hours. Other than that, after one month of use, Mr T is complaining of slight itchiness. (I don’t know if this is just an excuse! I’ve been bugging him to put it twice a day, but he’s only putting it once a day for the past week or so.)

You can download an app which allows you to track your day-by-day progress and take photographs to make before after comparisons. The app is fancy-shmancy but since Mr T didn’t install it on his phone, not very useful for us.

Does it really help hair regrowth /prevent baldness?
Well, after a little over one month of use, yes, we definitely see some positive results. It’s nothing mind-blowing yet, just that the the bald patch doesn’t seem super (squeaky, shiny) bald anymore. There is fine (very, very fine) hair all over the bald patch.
According to the app, it takes 3-6 months to see definitive results so we are going to wait and see!
Update 9 Months Later (August 2016)
Yes, Mr T is still using Hair for Sure on a daily basis. He applies it once every morning, after a shower. While there are no dramatic results like you would see with a hair transplant, his hair loss has stopped. That, in itself, is a great plus, and reason enough to continue. Those fine, little strands of hair covering his bald spot are still fine and haven’t grown much, so if you are expecting a dramatic change of events — look elsewhere.
And to all the mixed experiences and comments below, yes, this is the experience of one individual. It doesn’t guarantee that it will work or not work for you, so please take it with a pinch of salt.

If you are in the initial stages of male or female baldness, I’d definitely suggest giving Hair for Sure Hair tonic a shot. It seems to be completely safe and we’ve had positive results.

In fact hair fall can best be treated through your Stomach treatment. The food you eat, the fluid you drink directly going to affect your skin as well as hair growth. Also don’t use Shampoo or any chemicals on your hair. The best is to use Sasemee or Sarsoon ka Oil and that too with little hand massage. i am using this product for past 20 days,results are mind-blowing for me. my crown hair ware receded in past four years and you can say i am freshly balding male at age of 24.other than this i am using natural hair growth treatments, like fixing my eating habits, taking aswaganda and other herbs and fighting with DHT.Doing nail rubbing and shirshasana yoga.
